Where do you provide services?
We are based in Launceston and provide cleaning and household support services across Tasmania. Availability depends on your location, the service required and our schedule. Contact us with your suburb or postcode so we can discuss arrangements.
What cleaning services can I enquire about?
Our services include NDIS household tasks, domestic cleaning, end of lease cleaning, move in cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, post construction cleaning, commercial and industrial cleaning, restaurant and industrial kitchen cleaning, and retail cleaning. We agree on the tasks and service scope with you before starting.
Can I arrange regular or one-off cleaning?
Yes. You can enquire about weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off visits. Tell us your preferred frequency, property type and priorities so we can discuss a suitable schedule.
Do you clean business premises as well as homes?
Yes. We offer cleaning for workplaces, retail spaces, commercial kitchens and industrial premises. Please share your site requirements, access arrangements and preferred cleaning times so we can prepare an appropriate scope.
NDIS household support
What household tasks can you help with?
We can discuss domestic cleaning, laundry, linen changes and everyday household tasks that support a clean, comfortable living environment. Your service is planned around your preferences, accessibility requirements and agreed support needs.
Which NDIS funding arrangements do you work with?
We welcome enquiries from self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants. Tell us how your plan is managed so we can discuss service arrangements and invoicing with you or your authorised representative. Any NDIS-funded service needs to fit your individual plan and applicable funding arrangements.
Can my carer or support coordinator arrange services?
Yes. With your authorisation, a family member, carer, nominee or support coordinator can help discuss your needs and organise services. We keep your preferences central to the conversation and clarify who should receive service updates.
Can you accommodate accessibility needs or product sensitivities?
Please tell us about access requirements, sensory preferences, product sensitivities or areas that need particular care. We will discuss how these can be accommodated before confirming your service. You do not need to share unnecessary medical details in a general website enquiry.
Quotes, bookings & your visit
How do I request a quote, and what determines the price?
Use the enquiry planner or contact our team by phone or email. The scope, property size, condition, location and frequency of cleaning help us assess your requirements. We discuss the service and price with you before confirming a booking; the website planner does not provide an instant price.
How should I prepare for a cleaning visit?
Let us know how to access the property, which areas to prioritise and any important instructions about pets, valuables or delicate surfaces. We can also discuss products, equipment and whether you need to be present when organising the visit.
What if I need to change a booking or raise a concern?
Contact us as soon as possible if your schedule changes or you have a concern about a service. We will discuss the situation and available next steps with you. Ask about any relevant booking conditions when arranging your service.
